BEPC Magazine Management System

Effective Date: November 5, 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the BEPC Magazine Management System by authorized users. This System is owned by the Bihar Education Project Council (BEPC) and technically developed, hosted, and maintained by Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL).

By accessing or using this System, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the System.

2. Authorized Use

This is an internal portal meant solely for authorized employees, contractors, and partners of BEPC. Unauthorized access or use by any external individual or organization is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts

  • You are provided with a unique Login ID and Password for accessing the System.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. System Usage

Users must use the System only for its intended purpose: uploading, verifying, and managing delivery challans or related documents. You agree not to:

  • Alter or manipulate official records within the System.
  • Access data or features you are not authorized to use.
  • Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
  • Attempt to interfere with or compromise the System’s security or functionality.

5. Data Ownership and Confidentiality

All information and documents uploaded to the System, including delivery challans, belong to BEPC. This data is confidential and must be handled according to official instructions. You are prohibited from copying, sharing, or disclosing any information outside the authorized channels.

6. Role of TCIL

Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) serves as the technology partner and data processor for BEPC. TCIL operates and maintains the System on behalf of BEPC. TCIL is contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of all data processed and may not use it for any other purpose.

7. System Availability and Maintenance

BEPC and TCIL will make reasonable efforts to keep the System operational and available. However, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. BEPC and TCIL are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or technical malfunction.

8. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is complete and accurate. Submitting incorrect data, whether intentional or accidental, may result in disciplinary or legal action.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the System for any unauthorized or illegal activity.
  • Transmitting malware, harmful code, or disruptive content.
  • Attempting to bypass security features or gain unauthorized access.
  • Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your affiliation with BEPC or TCIL.

10. Termination of Access

BEPC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or any misuse of the System.

11. Limitation of Liability

The System is provided “as is” and “as available.” BEPC and TCIL make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEPC and TCIL are not liable for any damages resulting from use, inability to use, or errors in the System.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, text, graphics, and data within the System are the intellectual property of BEPC or its technology partner, TCIL. No portion of the System may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the System is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how user information is collected and managed.

14. Changes to Terms

BEPC may modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting within the System. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
